The days leading up to the move were spent packing and spending time with friends. Although we ran out of time to see everyone we hoped to in the final hours, we spent time with try wonderful people. Anne and Brian had us down for a much needed relaxing day. 

Emily and Robert treated us like royalty and the kids reciprocated by water-boarding Emily. 

The kids took advantage of the slope as much as possible. 

All of a sudden these young ones don’t look so young anymore. 

Don’t let those smiles fool you. It wasn’t pretty saying goodbye to Preston and Mila. 

Our final night with he absolute BEST neighbors ever. 



The day before we left the kids received a package from Aunt Joy for the pending road trip. A really cool journal which they immediately ripped into and packed with their car bags in anticipation of filling it soon.
