Charlie wasted no time digging into the toys.
While the brothers caught up a little.
Baths throughout the week were especially enjoyable.
We got be there for Parker's first food. Yes, it purple, because everything tastes better when it's purple.
We ventured up to the Santa Barbara Zoo for an afternoon stroll and picnic lunch.
But as usual, the hill was one of the biggest attractions where Ashlyn and Charlie were inseparable and Heath eventually figured out how to surf down it on his feet.

Followed by yet another try to get a group photo of the cousins.
Anyone who know's Aunt Cha Cha knows how deeply her love of Star Wars runs which particularly makes this one of the best moments of the day.
Afterwards we walked back to the beach for a rest. It's a good thing we brought extra clothes.
Heath created a city for the sole purpose to allow Charlie to unleash mass destruction upon it. If you can't see the video below click on the following link. Charzilla - April '17

With a parting sand angel.
More bathtime fun.
The following day we ventured to the recently renovated Peterson Automotive Museum.
Heath took charge for most of the day and pushed the stroller whenever he could.
Followed by a walk through the La Brea Tar Pits.
Observing a dig site.
And more stroller duty with little cousin Parker.
Deep thinkers.
Not so deep thinkers.
A quick run through LACMA.

King Parker ruled the house from his green thrown.
And when he spoke, all listened.
It was a bit chilly but Uncle Jon and Aunt Cha Cha braved the pool twice with the kids.
And Parker nestled in as much as a 4ish month year old can.
There were sleep overs in the bonus room. First starting with Charlie and Ashlyn.
Then multiplying into all the kids.
Failed attempts at burping.
And Charlie was quite comfortable rocking the pink scooter with his ice cream sparkles helmet. They left on a Friday and the house seemed oh so quiet afterwards. There were a couple days left in Spring Break but they were certainly the highlight. Miss you already.
