Ah, the first weekend of December is always a busy one.  We were off to get our Christmas Tree and as always, the kids took over.  Notice the sign that states, "Display Only" and who's riding the display?

The annual community snow day was in the afternoon this year and the kids relaxed with their hot cocoa's while watching the duck's on the lake for a few minutes...
 before making snow angels...
...and getting into snow ball fights with each other and anyone else around them that would partake, including the parents.  Don't worry though, Heath got back at her for this one.
Sunday was the main event with it being Reghan's 4th birthday.  We had a doughnut for breakfast, decorated the tree, and had her birthday celebration later in the evening.

She received many wonderful presents but the icing on the cake (pun intended) was when she opened her last present.  A Batman Lego set with a mini Lego Batman figurine to ride in the bat plane creation.  It was also the demise of Heath's happy evening as the night wrapped up with him screaming and crying about how he wanted to play with it and take it but Reghan wouldn't give it up.
