Grana and Grandpa came up for the weekend and we had such a wonderful time.  We visited an escape room and Grana tried to escape before we even started, needless to say she was stuck with us the entire weekend.

After proper preparation we entered the room and escaped with only a few minutes to spare.

The weather couldn't have been more perfect for morning walks to school with Ashlyn.

We stopped by Auntie Amy's on the way to Auntie Jewlez's for their 2nd annual Rungtoberfest and Reghan got a little punchy along the way.

Steven's contribution this year was a Schwenker he built which cooked the meat up handsomely.  

To kick off any proper Octoberfest the keg must be tapped.  This year nonnie tapped the mini keg of the year and sprayed a little on Grana along the way.

With every visit a project comes along.  This one was a fairly simple one in that we had demo'd the top of the basement bar in preparation for the new one.

Sunday morning brunch left some open time to dig into the family tree Grandpa's been working on with Nonnie and Poppie while Luna and Bailey got acquainted for the first time.  The weekend flew by far to quickly but we'll see them soon.
