Ashlyn's birthday week continued with a celebration at the American Girl Place with a few of her friends.  First stop was to get their doll's ear's pierced.

After a little browsing we checked into the cafe and while we waited played a little game of freeze tiles in the waiting area.

To the girls amazement we had a private room for the lunch.  It was Ashlyn's paradise complete two pink bejewelled thrones and wall to wall mirrors.

There were plenty of games and playing around and they took full advantage of being able to run around and be as loud as they could be.

There was a never ending tube of whipped cream.

She reveled in the cake and personalized candles.

And ate up all the sugar in sight.

Back at the house she ripped into her presents which showed how well her friends know here.  Between all of the LOL Surprises and American Girl toys, she made a haul.  Her eighth birthday was one she'll not soon forget and will be difficult to beat and we're so happy she had such a sparkly birthday week.
