We had a full weekend with Grana and Grandpa in town.  There were some scheduling conflicts so we had to divide and conquer our Saturday.  Toothless Heath had his bridging ceremony for Cub Scouts that him and I went to.
Our boy is officially a Wolf.
He met a new friend along the way.
And made two big smiley trips to the ice cream station.
Finishing the day of games with a fruit roll up race.  If you don't see the video below, click on the following link.  Fruit roll up race
Meanwhile, Grana, Grandpa, Steven, and Reghan were going to Ashlyn's dance recital where she tapped to "Put on a Happy Face".

We met up afterwards for a celebratory lunch.
Daddy and daughter holding onto each other tightly.
The girls didn't stray far from Grana over the course of the weekend.
Friday morning was a perfect day for a walk to school.
We woke on Saturday to a beautiful morning so what better breakfast could there be but some doughnuts next to our hatched baby hummingbirds.
Sunday afternoon the slip n slide came out along with some friends.  Only one week of school is remaining and summer time is knocking.
The last week of school is coming up and the kids are beginning to clear out their desks.  Ashlyn had a "I can count to 100 by ones and tens" book that she created as she was learning and when they reached their 100 goal they "became 100" on the last page to match the cover.  Looking forward to seeing all they bring home.
