(Pre-easter)  In the days leading up to Easter, family began to arrive and it didn't take long for the dance party to begin.

Over breakfast Poppie got a full introduction to all of Reghan's animals and her singing birds.

Working on cooking up some Easter goodies.  Sadly, we forgot to take this particular dish out on Easter but we got to enjoy it the day after.

Afterwards, Ashlyn carefully walked Auntie Amy through a very itemized list of tasks that she wrote with the last item being, "tell Auntie Amy I love her."  Then on to the make up and nail beautification.

   Heath then jumped in to show the girls how it's really done.

Ashlyn took Auntie Amy outside to educater her on the proper etiquette for her tea parties.  

Auntie Jewlz arrived and gave the family a fresh cut which was just the beginning of her work away from work weekend.

A trip to the park is always fun, especially down the three story swirly slide.

Saturday was beyond enjoyable with our cousins Lori, Dennis, and his wife, Crystal stopping by for a long overdue afternoon of catching up.

Dennis has a few grandchildren and fit right in with our brood during egg coloring

Speaking of coloring eggs, it was serious business this year and the kids cranked them out quickly.

Last order of business for the night was to plant the jelly beans so that the Easter Bunny would magically grow them overnight into suckers.  It was quite dark so they all needed their head gear so they could find the perfect spot for the beans.
