(Easter)  The day of was so so much fun that this post will mainly be a slideshow of sorts. 

The jelly beans freshly planted the night before grew overnight to magical lollipops.

 

The Easter bunny brought everyone goodies this year.

 

 Brunch shenanigans.

Then everyone began to arrive and it only took a couple of minutes before Greyson and Heath were off together and were inseparable all day.

What's a holiday without sharing it with loved ones in a house of craziness. 

The Easter Bunny branched out and hid goody filled eggs in the front yard this year (aka - Brian and Anne) so we flowed into the front yard for the hunt.

Afterwards much time was spent opening and exploring the eggs and other Easter surprises.

 

 

The youngest got a head start on the big backyard egg hung and they certainly held their own.

Our entrepreneur in training.  Reghan set up shop and even had a perfectly placed cup to receive payment.  It's been over 2 weeks since Easter and it's still up, actually, it's expanded to include snacks for sale now.

In the days leading up to Easter, Jenn and Winston had been keeping some caterpillars that formed cocoons and hatched into butterflies.  There were five in total and brought them over to release.  It took a little coaxing but one by one, they all found their way and flew away. .

After dinner and between dessert a mean game followed by an afternoon nap and more play time.

 

 

 

 

Ending the day with Auntie Jewelz having the honor of giving Bea her first haircut while Ashlyn devoured the rest of the Lamb cake.
