Heath turned 14 and again just asked for a sleepover with his friends which turned into an all nighter with him crashing on the floor of the basement the next day.

During our girls weekend at home, Poppie let us have some of Nonnie's pieces and have been toting her out and about on the regular.  This particular Native American Sterling and Turquoise belt Nonnie + Poppie picked up along their travels in the Southwest.  

Across town a house proudly displays their carved pumpkins each year and each year it continues to grow.

The aftermath of Halloween caused Ashlyn's Conservation Club to partake in the park districts pumpkin smash at the local community gardens where there was a steady stream of cars bringing their pumpkins by to composte.
