And so it began.  Quarantine.  A saving grace is that Springtime has been trying to break through.  Auntie Jen Jen has been staying with us so our household grew by one.

Keeping our days busy with work, homeschool, and plenty of activities to stay busy.  The kids got busy making noodles one day.  They were so good they'd make their grandparents proud.

One of the school days all the houses set up animals around their yards, trees, and wherever they could find a place for them in the front yards to make a townwide "animal safari".

We honored Elvis during lunch one day and and made a Fools Gold sandwich and surprisingly it was good.

With so much time in the house we started a couple of projects.  Refinishing of the kitchen island and building a coffee table from scratch.  Geared up with their safety glasses and work clothes the kids were engaged in helping as much as they could.

We've taken full advantage of each of the few beautiful days we've had so far.

And the baking has been off the hook.

Rainy days can't keep our rays of sunshine clouded over.

Bringing the water indoors, we had to see if kitchen baths could still be had.

But the walks have been great.

All the spots for e-learning school at home continue to be explored and embraced.

Yes, even here.

Age appropriate streaming exercise classes help make up for missing PE classes intertwined with PE assignments from Coach T and obstacle courses in and out of the house have kept them active.

More baking when possible.

And dinner cook off's.  Reghan and Heath beat Auntie Jen Jen and I but we demand a rematch at some time.

And when all else fails...teach the 12 year old how to drive down and back on the cul-de-sac.  Oh, and practice parking also.
