It's been an insanely busy few weeks and with that comes the first photo dump of the year.  The Pine Wood Derby came and went as fast as the cars flew.
We didn't realize it till we looked at the photos that we had a sort of color theme happening this year.  the Dragon, the Thunder and Lightening, and the Mighty Taco sped down the track this year.
If you can't see the video below, click on the following link and keep an eye out for the Mighty flying Taco.  The Pine Wood Derby - Jan '19
Between basketball and swim, Reghan has kept us, and her, busy between everything else.  Swim is exhausting to watch, let alone be her with a solid hour of drills, now that's conditioning.
Ashlyn's found the most comfortable places to read these days.
I got to pick up our niece Luna to bring to our house for a weekend while her mom, Auntie Amy, got a weekend away.  Meanwhile, Pretzel continues to hold her ground with Luna.

All so us girls could have a relaxing and fun weekend away.
Ashlyn employed Heath to help make her poster for her Star of the Week display.  It brought back a lot of memories of years past.
One quiet night Ashlyn choreographed dance lessons for Steven and I and we almost moved on to the next level, however, she strongly believes we need some more practice.  (If only she knew how much we really do need.)
Along with silly serenading and more dance lessons.  If you don't see the video below, click on the following link.  Ashlyn's dance lesson
Heath and Steven spearheaded the Scouts game for the upcoming schools Harry Potter themed Fun Fair.
While one a day we visited Daddy's office and the kids got to test out their strategy room.
It is winter after all, and what do we do in the winter?  Play in the snow of course.
