We started out the week with a refreshing walk to school.
Needless to say the kids were thrilled to receive their uniforms.  And just in time for pictures and their first game.
The boys were equally excited and ready for pictures.  Only the coaches and team mom's were allowed to walk back to the picture area.
The Storm looked good from afar but not as good as they did on their first game.
All smiles.
With being the team mom, I could go back with the Diamond Dolphin Mermaids for pictures and the whole team brought their smiles.
Game on.
 Taking a rest.
There was a break between Ashlyn's and Heath's games so the girls made change appropriate for the midday sun and to cheer their brother on.
A quick pre-game meeting, then the wrath of The Storm came down on their opponent.
They looked great on the field for their first game.
Earlier in the week the kids opened a book sent from Nonnie and Poppie of origami dragons and they've taken over the house.

For days, each morning before school and evening after they worked on their dragons and created full backstories.
A little late, but we finally picked up Ashlyn's dance photo's from her June recital.  Even though she's not continuing with dance, she enjoyed every bit of it.
A little snuggle time at the end of a busy week calms even the busiest of souls.
