The first week of school has arrived.  The kids woke up early to the smell of French Toast and were out the door in ample time to visit with their friends before the school.  Reghan was itching to get into her 4th grade, Heath was pumped for his 2nd grade year, and Ashlyn was thrilled to go into 1st grade.

 

As soon as we walked onto campus they started to run into their buddies. 

Heath shortly disappeared with the first couple of boys he saw but would return quickly when more arrived.

Ashlyn was all smiles which, as always, is contangeous.

And he's back.

The second day we walked up to school with as much verve as we did the first day.

That same night Heath got to label his small flashlight to bring to school for their 'Flashlight Fridays' which start this week.

The three looked out for each other on the first day like they always do and are gearing up for a fun filled year.
