A rare photo of us two.
They say you learn something new everyday and I learned a new War Eagle symbol. Truth be told, I'm still not sure what I was doing but they all said it was right.
Poor Matthew, he has 2 girls at home and what does he do on Sunday, but go to the park with us and ride the swings with Reghan.
Saturday was spent at the beach.
Earlier the previous week, Reghan had another field trip to the Long Beach Aquarium. The kids are too cute all coming off the bus with their matching shirts.
A successful 3-kid sleepover, the first in Heath's room with all 3 of them.
We made our New Years traditional trip to Emily and Robert's and Emily's parents were in for the holiday this year. She had the line up of masks for us. The kids had so much fun with them.
And some Christmas presents. Yay! They all have sleeping bags now, very cute ones, and super cozy.
We even took a walk up to the lake to enjoy the gorgeous weather and burn some energy off of the kids.
Emily's mom, Judy, has video of the their 3 kittens and the kids just loved it. The videos were the ice breakers for Heath and Judy. (Heath has a thing with "white hair". It takes him longer to warm up to someone with white hair than any other color. Nonnie can relate)
There's never, ever, enough food when we visit their place. It's all been a fantastic way to start a new year on the right foot.
