Friday night Reghan had her first soccer practice of the season which wrapped up with them receiving their uniforms.  Lucky for us our coach is very active in the league and his daughter, who's also on the team, picked the jersey color that happens to be an extremely loud, neon, watermelon pink, one of Reghan's favorite colors.  Now for the name.  The girls get to pick their team name and have till this Friday to do so.

Completely unrelated to the kids is a wedding that we went to and I must give props when deserved, and this one certainly did.  I keep calling it the "Footloose" wedding because the venue, which was located behind the packing plant at an orchard, was straight from the movie, right down to the cowboy boots under the bride's beautiful gown.  But every detail was accounted for and it was just a fun fun night.  Good job Erin and Toby.

To give us the night out without a curfew, our friends Emily and Robert watched the kids and spoiled them rotten.

Now for the big sister to both brag and embarrass little sister.  Everyone give a big cheer to Julia for winning first prize at her salon's watermelon eating contest at their summer bbq with her hands behind her back and we even have it on video.  If you can't see the video below, click on the following link -  Julia's #1!!
