We snuck away for the weekend with our "bubble friends" to Northern Wisconsin for some fun in the snow.  It was great to get out and spend some time with the kids.

This was the first year Ashlyn expressed interest in skiing and she did pretty good.  After her lesson she was non-stop up and down the hill.
Auntie Amy came along also and ventured into her first skiing adventure and we think they're hooked.
Hot cocoa flowed all weekend long.
Reghan, or should we call her, Inchworm worked her way across the hotel floor many times.
And it was good to unwind without technology.  Girls against boys and the boys didn't stand a chance.
Heath and Reghan were adamant to ride alone with this being one of their favorite parts.  We had a blast and am ready to go back at it.

The snow hasn't stopped this year and with it brings snowball fights and sledding.  Luckily we're nearby a big hill and forest preserve with hilly paths to sled down.  It may be cold and it may be icy but we're making the most of it and enjoying it all.
