Reghan wrapped up her first season of water polo and what started as off season conditioning is turning into a passion for oru young swimmer.  It was a fast season and she's can't wait to get back into the water next month for the winter session.

Halloween was one to remember.  We received a winter snow with over four inches of snow but that didn't stop the kids this year.  Luckily for our kids, all of their costumes either stretched over their snow pants and jackets or under them.  Heath blended well into our snow covered zombie flamingos and giant snowball fights before work and school are becoming the norm.

Heath's costume cracked us up and helped keep him warm that evening.  Ashlyn woke up that morning with a change of mind on her costume and opted to go as a pig in a blanket which was perfectly warm.

Reghan branched out on her own that night with her friends who rang the door not only in costum but in character also.

A short couple weeks later the snow was melted and leaves had fallen off.  While jumping and burning some leaf piles at Nonnie + Poppies we realized what we were missing...marshmallows. 

They only had min marshmallows but that didn't stop the kids or Poppie.  The kids found sticks while Poppie used the prongs on his metal rake.  Both tasted equally good but the general consensus is that the larger ones should be kept in reserve.
