Grana and Grandpa flew in for the weekend and right out gate all the kids couldn't stop cuddling.
So of course what do you do when grandparents come in from across the country?  Why put them to work of course.  And not just for one day, but the whole weekend.
Even with that we squeezed some fun things.  Tickets to the North Pole were in our hand so off we went to ride the Polar Express.

The kids still believe and the looks on their faces at times were priceless.

Santa Clause was on point with how to interact with the kids and each left with a bell of Christmas.

Meeting Santa was a big deal but was easily trumped when we met and brought home the newest edition to our family.  Miss Pretzel Griffin.
Although, if Heath could bring one more home it would've been this butterball.  He let Heath do whatever he wanted to in the play room and was perfect for his rough housing.
More snuggle time with Grana and Grandpa and now Pretzel.
Grandpa unsuccessfully attempted to learn how to trade Pokemon cards from Heath while Grana received a high brow make over from Ashlyn.
Soon after we polished off the rest of Reghan's birthday cake.  No plates required.
It turned out to be a beautiful weekend which was perfect for Heath's Tiger Scout's hike.
With the two new besties reading "The Night Before Catmas" together.
