Whoever says that the youngest child gets shorted hasn't lived through our youngest's first birthday.  Given that Ashlyn's the 3rd, it's only right that she has 3 different cakes at 3 different times.  The first was when the family was in town for Easter.  She got "Happy Birthday" sang to her by the candle light of the left over Lamb Cake from Easter. (thank you Brian and Anne)
Yummy lamb head.

On Ashlyn's actual birthday Reghan and Heath made and decorated her second cake.
Reghan made sure Ashlyn didn't miss out on any of the left over Cool Whip.
The jello cake started out as a flower, however, after the creative icing of Heath and Reghan, it resembled more of a....well...more of a...
That didn't stop the birthday girl from enjoying it.

Then on to presents.
Yay!  A ball.
On to a weekend of warm weather and lots of time outside.
 And the third cake.

She passed on the plate and went straight for the hand shovel.  Happy Birthday sweetie.
