Our big little girl turned 3 on Saturday and what a day. It started out getting our Christmas tree, of which her and Heath had more interest in the strings holding the trees and seeing how many holes they could find to place them in.
Then progressed on to our community snow day where they got to play in hills of snow. Reghan had the most fun throwing multiple snow balls into the lake, but Heath wasn't sure what to make of the cold white stuff. She jumped in the bouncers, peaked multiple times at Santa and Mrs. Claus (still won't sit on his lap), had lots of cookies and hot cocoa, and wrapped up the afternoon chasing the ducks.
After a healthy dinner of pizza, we moved on to the Mickey Mouse jello cake and presents. She loved all the gifts she got with, of course, a couple of favorites, wrapping up her birthday with a movie night watching the new Toy Story 3 and climbing into her new big bed. I think Steven and I were more exhausted then she was, but it was a successful day. Happy birthday beautiful.
Heath joining in he wrapping fun.
