A couple of weeks ago we embarked on a whirlwind week long vacation. The first half being with my family at a lake house on Table Rock Lake in Missouri. The flight into St. Louis and the 4 1/2 hour drive south didn't wipe the smile off of the kids, especially, once we arrived.

We spent most of the time in the water and just plain relaxing. Reghan took to the water like she's grown up around it. She had her own special 'noodle' that she kept close at all times.

The kids had to wear their life jackets when the boat was in motion and with all the sun and activities, Heath wouldn't wait to get back to his crib so he just settled into his infant saftey vest and slept with nothing waking him up.

Of course it wouldn't be a family vacation without doing something completely silly so why not a little cliff jumping. The water was beautiful and Amy, Julia, and myself had 3 great jumps off the cliff. (how about that form?)

The second half of the week was spent in NC for my brother-in-law's wedding. We also got to spend some good quality time with the NC family. The kids ransacked their great grandparent's house, as did Jack, the dog (who was also the ring bearer in the wedding)

Reghan didn't stray far from Gramps throughout the weekend.

As the grand finally to our trip, a visit to the local pizza joint with Granna and Gramps as we all clapped with Heath since he just discovered he could do the crazy clapping thing that very day.
