Summertime is officially here and we've been taking full advantage of the warm weather. A trip to the beach during June Gloom was a bit chilly but Reghan and Heath worked it to their advantage. Reghan and Steven buried Heath as he tried to eat every granule of sand he could get a hold of.
It's been much sunnier and warmer by our house and the pool in our backyard has gotten a lot of use with the kids.
We picked up a 3 wheel scooter and Reghan got to pick out her helmut which happened to come with knee pads. The knee pads didn't last very long but the helmut stayed on through her extremely fast scooter riding. Fast, meaning, it took us 15 minutes to scoot the length of 2 houses from ours and Steven pushed her back, but she did it with a smile.
