We stayed in California for Thanksgiving this past year and had some friends over to help celebrate it - her California 'aunt + uncle' Emily + Robert. When they arrived they had with them an early birthday present for Reghan and Christmas presents for both kids. Reghan isn't quite old enough to understand the meaning of birthday's and Christmas yet, however, she fully understands what a gift bag looks like and didn't waste any time tearing into them. The first gift she got to open was her birthday present; the Fly boat, Lenny, Tuck, and Ming Ming which are from her favorite show, the Wonder Pets. Little did Emily know how this would make her so so happy and us so so unhappy as the Fly boat makes noises and sings songs every time time the wheels move, which happens to be all the time. (thank you for the quiet toy...)


Since we won't be here for Christmas, we jumped into the spirit early and put our tree up this Sunday and Reghan had the honors of placing the tree topper for the first of many times.
