This past weekend our backyard renovation began. This year is Phase 1 of the yard remodel which entails leveling of the backyard (goodbye rolling hills), getting a sprinkler system that works properly as well as yard drainage, laying a patio, removal of a funky stone wall, and swing set construction for Reghan. Samuel and his crew are doing a fantastic job on everything but we'd like to especially thank a certain someone for helping us out with the backyard - you know who you are!

Tape measures have become one of Reghan's favorite toys. If we're measuring anything we have to have two of them around because she'll confiscate one of them.

The Bonucchi family went on vacation to the Lake of the Ozarks this past year and unfortunately since it's so close to my due date we weren't able to attend. But - to make up for our absence, my sisters ensured that we were along for the ride anyhow through the use of Popsicle stick people. Reghan stayed in her 'merbaby' outfit for the entirety of week, however, Steven and I had an outfit change halfway through the week to more 'vacation appropriate' clothing. We went all over the place with them, this picture is from the first day, the second picture is our mid-week costume change.

Ok this is just too funny. A woman after my own heart. Great sense of humor. Glad you could join the family on the Ozark vacation after all Betsy. :)
