We recently went to North Carolina to visit the family and had a fantastic time. Reghan spent most of the week with Granna and Gramdpa without her parent's around and did great. She didn't even realize we were gone, however, I do believe that part of that was due to the fact that she was extremely spoiled. While she was there, she got her first boo boo which required some cleaning and a bandage of which Granna did a superb job cleaning her up. She also had the pleasure of a bowl of ice cream with Grandpa every night before bedtime. I think she still misses the ice cream as she hasn't had any since we've been back.

Her grandparents live close enough to the Asheville airport that planes fly overhead on a regular basis. While they're quiet, if one listens close enough you can tell when a plane is approaching and Reghan picked up on this quickly. Every time a plane went overhead she would stop, point, and make a "huh?" sound. Soon everyone was stopping and pointing when the planes went over. She also learned the song 'The itsy bitsy spider' that week, compliments of Aunt Linda and still loves to hear it sung to her.

Playing in the mule with her uncles and daddy.

She topped off the week by watering all of the plants in both Granna's and GG's yard. The girl was on a mission to get to each and every plant and I think she was successful. It's a good thing for the plants and the NC water supply that her watering bucket was filled with bark chips she picked up along the way.
